Beach Road Park is 3 miles south of the subdivision.  This 10-acre park has, ball diamond, soccer field, and play structure with 4 progressive slides and regular swings. Paved parking is available for up to 37 vehicles. There is no restroom at this site.

Pine Trace Golf Club is across the subdivision. It was designed by Arthur Hills who is one of the best designers today. The public golf course offers 18-holes offering driving range, pro shop, restaurant, and banquet facilities.

Another golf course 4 miles southwest is Stonycroft Hills Club. It’s a 9-hole private golf course opened in 1952. It measures 2884 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 123 and a 34.5 USGA rating. The course features 3 sets of tees for different skill levels.

Beaumont Hospital-Troy is 6.5 miles east. This 458-bed hospital offers inpatient and outpatient services as well as private practices. It has been recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Magnet hospital for nursing excellence.  

Another Beaumont Hospital, in Royal Oak is 8 miles south. It is the largest Beaumont hospital with an academic medical center. It houses 1,070 inpatient beds.
