Agent was extremely knowledge of current market conditions and confident in the suggested list price. This agent has a team working with him. The team member who took the house pictures was an excellent photographer; the advertising was extensive. Some of the information on the listing had to be corrected but we still got an acceptable offer approximately 30 days after listing our property.

Mike and staff were very knowledgeable of the industry and specifically of the area my home was located. I felt Mike had his finger on the pulse and provided realistic expectations.
