Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace, another grocery is 3 miles east. Across the grocery are Noodles & Company and Starbucks. A few steps south of the grocery is another restaurant, Alibi of Troy. 3 miles northeast is Spicemart.

Closest park is Firefighters Park which is a 5-minute drive from the subdivision. It is a beautiful big park that has football, soccer, and baseball fields. You could also go fishing, volleyball or play fetch with your dog. There's also an 18-hole disc golf course.   

Sylvan Glen Lake Park is 5 miles southeast. It is the largest of Troy's nine neighborhood parks. It covers a 16-acre lake for shore fishing. There's also a small parking lot that could accommodate up to 16 vehicles. There's also a disc golf course here. Pine Trace Golf Course is across the street of the subdivision. Pine Trace Golf Club was designed by Arthur Hills and it has been consistently recognized as providing a great value for a good round of golf on a well-designed and maintained golf course. Pine Trace Golf Club is a public facility that offers full service practice amenities to all guests. They also offer a driving range. The Championship Tees measure about 6600 yards. The Forward Tees measure about 5000 yards.

Beaumont Hospital-Troy is 5.5 miles east. This 458-bed hospital offers inpatient and outpatient services as well as private practices. It has been recognized by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Magnet hospital for nursing excellence.
