As the long-awaited skyscraper rises on the old Hudson’s department store site, details are emerging about its ultra-luxury condos, and they’re turning heads across the city. With asking prices around $1,000 per square foot, a figure unprecedented in Detroit’s condo market, these homes could become the priciest ever sold in the city.
