Today I’m joined by special guest Jim Levine of Levine & Sons to talk about something very important for this time of year: heating, cooling, plumbing, and ways to prepare your property for the coming winter months.

One of the first things I want to go over is the importance of getting your furnace checked on a yearly basis. Doing this is almost like going to the doctor for an annual physical.

For one, you need to change your filter to ensure proper airflow for the furnace. If there isn’t proper airflow, the heat exchanger can get overworked and crack.
