Big Rock Italian Chophouse – a much-anticipated new restaurant – is gearing up to open in Birmingham’s Rail District this July, and it’s on the lookout for over 100 new employees. This upscale Italian chophouse will breathe new life into the historic Grand Trunk Railway Station at 245 S. Eton Street, a site formerly home to the beloved Big Rock Chophouse which closed in 2021.
