If you're into history, then you could drop by Northville Historical Society which is just across Starbucks. The purpose of this society is to finance the preservation of Mill Race Village. Northville Plaza Shopping Center 2.2 miles southeast. Some of the retail stores and dining here are IXL Learning Center, Hals Auto Clinic, Consignment Clothiers, Smoky's Cigar Bar, Mr. Thai, New Wing Hing, Cassel's and Chase Bank. This park is definitely a great place to enjoy the weekends with your family. This park also offers picnic spots and playgrounds for kids. There's also a farm which provides education information on animals, sheep shearing, dairy days and other farming demonstration.

Cass Benton Park and Disc Golf Course are located 2.5 miles south of Windridge Subdivision. The park is one of the oldest parks in Northville and has been popular since the 1920s. The area capacity is around 100. This park has picnic shelters and a sledding hill. For the disc golf course, the landscape is very hilly and heavily wooded. There’s a wide variety of holes to choose from since there’s a total of 18 on the terrain.

The Coves of Northville saw 6 condos sold in 2015 and 4 sales in 2016 with quite a variety of prices!  2016 low price was 150k and highest price was just shy of 255k! There was no significant change in close price of 2016 over 2015, Days on market was negatively affected, from 20 days average in 2015 which increased to 39 in 2016.
