Brooklane Ridge Subdivision Bylaws
Brooklane Ridge Homeowners Association meetings are at the principal office of the Association or other place as approved by the Board of Directors. Meetings of the Association shall be conducted in accordance with Roberts Rules of Order when not otherwise in conflict with the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Association or the laws of the State of Michigan. The funds of the association are deposited to a bank designated by the Board. The annual association fees range from $400 to $600.

How to Get to Brooklane Ridge
Brooklane Ridge is right across the street from the Northville City Building (and water department).
The closest parks from the subdivision are Cass Benton Park and Disc Golf Course and Northville Community Park. Cass Benton Park and Cass Benton Disc Golf Course is 1.3 miles away. It is one of the oldest parks in Northville and has been popular since the 1920s. The area capacity is around 100. Northville Community Park is 2 miles west. It has 2 indoor facilities with a swimming pool and 2 full-sized gymnasiums. The park also offers multi-purpose halls and fitness rooms. They offer athletics and aquatics programs too.
Brooklane Ridge is one and a half miles south of Downtown Northville which features seven locally-owned restaurants, a Great Harvest Bread, and outdoor music in the summer. In Downtown, Northville is Hillers Market (Grocery Store) and one mile to the south of Brooklane Ridge is Bushes Grocery Store. The Northville District library could also be found here; it has free wi-fi and lots of computers to use. They have kids' section as well where there are educational toys for kids to play with. There's also a puppet theater every week and a tv section for their DVDs if you want to check out the postseason of shows.
Near the library are several stores like Garage Grill and Fuel Bar, Rebecca's Family Restaurant and Ice Cream, and Starbucks. Downtown Northville is also a major attraction for tourists because of the year-round activities. Friday nights are concert nights in Town Square where different bands feature a variety of musical genres. They also have Arts and Acts activity every summer hosted by The Northville Art House. Other activities they have are the Victorian Festival, Fairy Doors, and a lot more.
Restaurants in downtown Northville offer the best of the whole city. From fine dining to international dishes to fine burgers, some of the restaurants here are Koji, Tirami Su, Table 5, Poole's Tavern, The Early Bird, and a lot more. If you're after entertainment, these are the places you can try: Broughton Music Center, Genitti's, Marquis Theatre, Downs Race Track, and Tipping Point Theatre. Overall, downtown Northville has more than 75 shops, boutiques, and restaurants that you can choose from.

The closest university is 5 miles southeast which is Madonna University, it has 4,399 students enrolled. This is a Catholic, private, and non-profit university which is considered one of the largest Catholic school in the state. They offer programs for associate’s, bachelors, masters and doctoral degrees as well as certificates for different fields or areas of study.
Schoolcraft College is 3.3 miles northeast. It's a comprehensive, open-door, community-based college across from Northville Village Shopping Center.
