Pine Meadow homes for sale are located south of W 10 Mile Rd and west of Middlebelt Rd.

1.5 miles west of Pine Meadow is Shiawassee Park. It’s a small park with a relaxing river. Amenities include playground for smaller kids, league fields, tennis courts, covered picnic area and BBQ.

Carpenter Lake Nature Preserve is 2.2 miles east. It features 42 acres of wetlands and woodlands with several benches to enjoy the views of the lake. There are platforms near the lake to use for fishing. Various species of channel catfish, largemouth bass, bluegill, sunfish and minnows inhabit the lake. 

Closest restaurant is less than a 10-minute walk west of the subdivision which is Café Cortina. More restaurants are located a block west near W 10 Mile Rd and Orchard Lake Rd cross roads. These are Bottom of the 5^th, Village Grill, Brass Pointe, Greene’s Hamburgers, Mrs. Maddox Cakes, Domino’s Pizza and McDonald’s. Walgreens, Dollar General and Zamzam Fresh Foods grocery are also located here.  

Farmington Shopping Plaza is 1.4 miles southwest. Retail stores here are The TreeHouse, Belle Tire and Ding Masters. Plaza Veterinary Hospital is also here. South of the shopping plaza are more stores. These are cici Pizza, U Wash, Zap Zone Extreme, Dollar Express and Framery One. East of Farmington Shopping Plaza are retail stores like Mommies Must Haves, Farmington Bike & Repair Shop, Orchard Da Vino, Antonios Liquor, Great Lakes Vapor and Morrel Electronics. School of Rock is south of Morrel Eletronics.

West River Centre is 2 miles south of the subdivision. Target, Sally Beauty Supply, Dollar Tree and Dunham Sports are the shopping stores inside West River Centre. Subway Restaurant could also be found here. Outside the shopping center are The Riviera Cinema and Office Max.

Downtown Farmington is 2 miles southwest. Downtown Farmington hosts different events year round making it an attraction to tourists. Some of the events are Ladies Night Out every April, Small Business Saturday, Farmers & Artisans Market, Art on the Grand and Harvest Moon. The landmark Farmington Civic Theater could also be found here. Restaurants in Downtown Farmington offer a wide variety of foods, from casual dining, to formal dining, to international cuisines. Some of the restaurants in Downtown Farmington are Burger King, Cake Luv, Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders, Cold Stone Creamery, Starbucks, RUMI, and a lot more. Although Farmington is a charming little town, there are actually 160 businesses just in Downtown Farmington. Other stores in the area are Beyond Salon, Chase Bank, Castle Dental, Oriental Spa, and many more. Downtown Farmington has been actively renovating since 2009. Some of the improvements are new lighting, landscaping, brick-paved sidewalk and a lot more.

Canton-Plymouth-Mettetal Airport is 17.5 miles south. Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is 18 miles south.

During the day, it is called Farmington Central High School, and is called Farmington Adult Education in the evening. The school provides high school to anyone over age of 15, who has dropped out of high school, as an opportunity for them to complete their General Educational Development (GED).
