Farmington Hills Golf Club and Driving Range a few steps west of Hunt Club. The golf course is an 18-hole municipal golf course that opened in 1963. It measures 6400 yards from the longest trees. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. Greens and fairways are grass. The club also offer private and semi-private golf lessons. 4 miles southeast of the subdivision is Farmington Plaza Shopping Center. It's a 75,000 sq ft shopping center anchored by Overstock Outlet. Other retailers are Liberty Tax, Grand Tailor, Metro PCS, Nia Salon and The Framery. Easy access with plenty of parking.

Heritage Park is 4 miles east. It's a 211-acre park with 4.5 miles of trails for hiking and nature study. In the winter these trails are used for cross-country skiing. A large picnic area is located at the north end of the park. It includes a splash pad, group picnic shelter, youth playground, in-ground grills, two sand volleyball courts, an in-line hockey rink and six horseshoe pits. The picnic shelter is available on a "first-come" basis, but may be reserved in advance for a nominal fee. Also located in Heritage Park are the Spicer House, Stables Art Studio, Day Camp, Nature Center and Amphitheatre buildings.

Founders Sports Park is 4.5 miles south. It's a 101-acre park with a variety of active recreation facilities including 6 soccer fields, 8 baseball/softball fields, 4 sand volleyball courts, 2 half-court basketball courts, 1 bocce ball court, and 1 shuffle board court.

Farmington Hills Ice Arena is beside Founders Sports Park. It's a 70,000 sq ft arena with 2 ice surfaces and can acommodate up to 1200 people. The arena offers concession facilities, locker rooms, lockers, meeting and party rooms as well as, administrative offices. The facility provides both recreational and competitive skating opportunities. It is home to the Farmington Hills Hockey Association.

6 miles south of the subdivision is Northridge Grove Shopping Center. Stores in this mall are Meijer, Redbox, Nicole Turill, RPH, USPS and a lot more.
