0.7 miles east of the south entrance of Cedarspring Estates homes for sale are several restaurants and retail stores. Restaurants here are Novi Sports Bar & Grille, China Cafe, Fumi Japanese and Penn Station East Coast Subs and Hungry Howie's Pizza. In front of the pizzeria is Vandana Inc, a popular Indian grocery.
