The Enclave condos are located south of Twelve Mile Rd and east of Novi Rd. It is behind Twelve Oaks Mall. Just a short walk west of Pavilion Shore Park is a bigger park, the Lakeshore Park. This park features swimming, bike trails, picnics, camping, horseshoe pits, and BBQ. Novi in the park attracts hundreds of families during summer. The mountain bike trail is also popular for intermediate and experienced riders of bikes. This 10-mile-long trail includes a variety of terrain for extra challenge. This trail is also good for walking and cross-country skiing.

The Enclave is 1 mile east of I-96. 1.5 miles northeast is M-5.
