Mary Jo has been a real estate agent since 2009. She came into the business because she has always been very passionate about real estate. Her family had moved four times in nine years, including a move overseas to Wiesbaden Germany. She knew what it was like to never have their home on the market longer than three weeks. Each one of their moves was a diligent study of the market conditions, as she knew the resale was critical being that they moved very often. Through this entire process she discovered her love for real estate. She became an accredited staging professional and then a fully licensed realtor. She is most passionate about knowing the complexities of a move both professionally and personally, she is a huge asset to her clients. She is able to successfully market and sell their property while being empathetic to each client’s situation. She enjoys being the “calm in the storm” as moving can definitely be a source of stress. Mary Jo grew up in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She has worked for Keller Williams Realty since November 2013. She joined the Perna Team right away. Her goal was to be a part of a successful growing team. Mary Jo has been married for 25 years to her husband, Jon. She has three daughters, Laura, Kelly, and Julie.
