Devonshire Park Subdivision Location

Less than a mile from the subdivision is Wonderland Village. It is an outdoor shopping center originally named Wonderland Center. The center is located at the southwest corner of Middlebelt Road and Plymouth Road, approximately one mile south of I-96. Walmart and Target are the complex's anchor stores.
Garden City Town Shopping Center is 3.5 miles south. Town Center is located on 25 acres within the City’s first Mixed Use Zoning District, which encourages a livable, sustainable urban environment with a vibrant mix of uses on a walkable pedestrian scale. It is anchored by Kroger, Dollar Tree and Bulk Food of Garden City. Restaurants here are BeiRock Wraps, Lucky Wok, Garden City Cafe and Kittys.

Students in this subdivision are assigned to Livonia Public Schools school district. The Livonia Public Schools District is a closed school district and does not accept students outside of its designated geographical boundaries. Students are assigned to Franklin based upon their residency within the District boundaries. Those school boundaries are determined by the Board of Education. Transfers from within the school district must be approved through central office authorities.
