 2014 Burton Hollow Livonia Michigan Sold Report.

2014 was another recovery year for Burton Hollow and Livonia MI in general with home prices moving up 4.7% overall and with Burton Hollow outpacing the market at 7.1%.  In the second half of the year we saw market times begin to creep up toward 35 days on average with some homes on approach to 130 days total.  The Perna Team's outlook for 2015 continues to be positive!  While home values will not rebound like 2013, they'll probably post modest gains similar to 2015.  This will be propelled by the falling interest rates, but tempered by the growing desire of sellers to cash in their equity and move, as other parts of the United States are finally catching up to our rebound.  Whether Buying or Selling in Burton Hollow we hope the 2014 market report is helpful and provides insight into one of our favorite neighborhoods.
