Olde Orchard Condos in Novi Michigan is a condo complex, comprised of two hundred and forty-two condos, were built between 1972 and 1973 and are predominately colonial style with a few ranch style condos as well. The colonials were built with two and three-bedroom floor plans and the ranch condos were built with one and two-bedroom floor plans. All condos in Olde Orchard have basements, one and a half or two full bathrooms, and a large twenty-four by twenty fenced patio areas.
In addition, the condo complex features a clubhouse, tennis court, outdoor pool, fitness center, and walking paths behind the condos. Association dues currently range between $330 per month and $370 per month and include both gas and water. In 2012, 2013, and 2014 the Olde Orchard put new tear off roofs on all the condos with 30-year shingles. In 2007 all Olde Orchard condos were upgraded to breaker boxes and were grounded, saving the complex tens of thousands in insurance fees. Through the years many owners also have finished their basements with rec rooms or additional bedrooms. Nearby subdivisions are Willowbrook and Camborne Place.
