In the five-county area, 913 luxury homes were sold, representing an 8% increase from the previous year. Oakland County stood out as the leader in luxury sales, with seven of the top sales occurring there. The state also saw the sale of many exceptional homes outside the five-county area, contributing to the top 10 luxury home sales in Michigan for 2022.
