We want to share two quick, exciting things with you today.

First off, it’s garage sale season! We have had a few clients come up to us and say that they want to have a garage sale, but by the time they get to the store, all the garage sale signs are gone. So, this year we have ordered 150 garage sale signs for our valued past clients and friends of The Perna Team. Should you need one, or five, or 10, or 50, let us know. We will have a runner come out to you with the signs well in advance and we’ll pick them up from you as soon as you’re done with them. We’re happy to do this for you as we are always looking for more ways to add value to your experience as a past client.

Secondly, we are proud to announce that we have a built-out database of hundreds of sellers who are not yet on the MLS, but have contacted us to let us know they are going to be selling in the near future. If we have a buyer, we can bring them to the property before it’s even on the MLS.

This is important because homes are moving fast in today’s market. Inventory is as low as we’ve seen in the last 10 years. Buyers with The Perna Team have the unique advantage of getting to the seller first, placing bids first, and if an offer is accepted, the home won’t even go on the MLS for other buyers to see.
