10% off Furnace Check Coupon and Carbon Monoxide!

What’s the best way to prepare your property as we head into the winter months? To help me cover this topic, I’m joined by Jim Levine from Levine & Sons.

Today I’m joined by special guest Jim Levine of Levine & Sons to talk about something very important for this time of year: heating, cooling, plumbing, and ways to prepare your property for the coming winter months.

One of the first things I want to go over is the importance of getting your furnace checked on a yearly basis. Doing this is almost like going to the doctor for an annual physical.

For one, you need to change your filter to ensure proper airflow for the furnace. If there isn’t proper airflow, the heat exchanger can get overworked and crack.

This could lead to you losing heat altogether. Ultimately, changing the air filter is probably the most important thing you can do for the health of your furnace. Not maintaining your furnace properly can absolutely lead to costly repairs.

Also, it’s incredibly important that you have a carbon monoxide detector. This gas is a silent killer. It is tasteless, odorless, and you won’t know that it’s affecting you until you already begin to feel sick.

Because these issues are so important to my team and I, we’re partnering with Levine & Sons to give our past clients and friends of The Perna Team 10% off furnace checks. Also, we want to offer you two free carbon monoxide detectors. Even if you have a detector already, you absolutely need to replace it if it is more than eight years old.

Levine & Sons was started in 1927 by Jim’s grandfather, and the business is still going strong. They provide services like plumbing, heating, cooling, sewer line cleaning, and excavation. Everyone at Levine & Sons provides high-quality service with a smile on their face.

If you have any other questions or would like more information, feel free to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
