Rolling Oaks is a community comprised of five subdivisions and five other complexes in Farmington Hills. It covers the square mile between 13 to 14 Mile Roads and Farmington to Drake Roads. Within this beautiful square mile are five subdivisions and distinct residential associations, each with its own legal responsibilities, but working together on many matters as the Rolling Oaks Community. Each subdivision maintains its own homeowners association with their respective bylaws, officers and dues requirements. All strive for the highest quality of life for the residents of our communities while ensuring that housing values are maintained.  Each association also acts to preserve the natural beauty and ecology of the area, known for its beautiful common areas and parks,  and to plan the community-wide family, recreational and social events for which the Rolling Oaks communities are held in the highest regard.  

It would be such a delight living in this community since most restaurants, shopping centers, and grocery stores are only a few blocks away. Located 1.6 miles via W 14 Mile Road are where restaurants line up, such as, Ninja Sushi Japanese Restaurant, Benito's Pizza, Sposita Ristorante, and Jersey Bagel Deli and Grill.

Enjoy a game of tennis in the Detroit Tennis and Squash Club. They are one of the oldest and most established tennis clubs in the Detroit metropolitan area. The facility relocated from Detroit to the northwest suburb of Farmington Hills in 1973. Thirteen beautiful outdoor Har-Tru courts and four indoor hard courts are the jewels of the Club. Coupled with a fitness center, grill, indoor golf range and squash court, the Club offers something for every member to enjoy.
