Hills of Crestwood of Northville Association Bylaws 

Hills of Crestwood in Northville lots are for single-family residences only. Farm and wild animals are not allowed to be kept or bred here. Only household pets are allowed so long as the animals won’t be offensive to others due to noise and unsanitary conditions. Dogs should be leashed or kept in a dog run and should not be allowed to run loose. Temporary structures e.g. tents, shacks, and/or trailers are strictly prohibited to be used in the subdivision. No laundry should be hung visibly from the streets of Hills of Crestwood. Homes should also have an electric garbage disposal in the kitchen. If you’re planning to build a swimming pool, make sure that it’s not higher than 1 foot above the lot grade. Fences are not allowed to be built around the lot, except for fences used to enclose swimming pools and dog runs.

Hills of Crestwood homeowners are obliged to pay maintenance assessments for the improvement of the community. Purposes of the fees are recreation, safety, and welfare of the residents. The annual association due is $400.

How to Find the Hills of Crestwood

Homes for sale in Hills of Crestwood are located north of Six Mile Rd and east of Beck Rd. 

If you want to have a picnic with your family members, you could pack up and head to the Millennium Park which is just a short walk to the Hills of Crestwood homes for sale. This park offers play equipment for kids; it has 4 soccer fields and picnic shelters. Millennium Park is beside the Northville Township Fire Department. Another park near the Hills of Crestwood is the Northville Community Park; the park has two indoor facilities with a swimming pool and two full-sized gymnasiums. The park also offers multi-purpose halls and fitness rooms. They offer athletics and aquatics programs as well.

Hills of Crestwood is 1.6 miles north of Northville Hills Golf Club. Arnold Palmer, who is considered one of the greatest players in the history of men's professional golf, was involved in all phases of the design of Northville Hills Golf Club.

South of the subdivision is The Home Depot where you can find all materials needed for your home improvement. If you want to grab a burger, you could go to McDonald’s which is just beside The Home Depot. You will also find the USA Hockey Arena in this area. This complex has 2 arenas. It hosts the annual Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) state championships for boys’ ice hockey. Several commercial stores in this proximity are Ruby Tuesday, TOMO, and Shell Gas station. US Post Office is in this area as well. Just across from the US Post Office is the Henry Ford Medical Center; it is a general medical and surgical hospital that has 751 beds.

Downtown Northville is 3.3 miles northeast of Hills of Crestwood. It boasts a wide variety of retail stores to choose from. Banks here are Bank of America, Monroe Bank & Trust, and Community Financial. There are also coffee shops like Tuscan Café, Edward’s Café and Caterer, and The Next Chapter Book Store and Bistro. The Next Chapter Book Store was featured in CBSDetroit.com as one of the 2014 Best Children Bookstores. Other stores in the area are Celebrity Pets Co, Salon Tre Bella V, Bikram Yoga, Tirami Su, Northville Sports Den, and Starbucks.

Northville Village Shopping Center is 3.8 miles east. It has great deals of retailers like Office Depot, REI, Bed Bath & Beyond, Applebees, and Petsmart. If you would head further north, you'll find Costco, The Home Depot, and a movie theatre, AMC Livonia 20. Several restaurants are also situated in this area. Some of these are Brann's Steakhouse and Sports Grille Restaurant, Bucca di Beppo, P.F. Chang, Noodles and Company, and Pancheros Mexican Grill.

Freeway Access

Hills of Crestwood is 2.7 miles north of M-14 and is north of M-14 and 4.6 miles east of I-275.

Adjacent to Hills of Crestwood is Woods of Edenderry and Hickory Creek.

Students here have a lot of extracurricular activities to choose from; athletics, clubs and performing arts, and publications. 

There are also private schools close to Hills of Crestwood homes. Our Lady of Victory is 2.9 miles northeast and St. Paul Lutheran School is 3.2 miles northeast. Our Lady of Victory has 449 students enrolled and accepts grades K-8. The student-teacher ratio is 16:1. St. Paul Lutheran School has 42 students enrolled and accepts PK-8. The school also teaches Spanish students.

Eastern Michigan University is 4.3 miles east of Fox Hollow homes. This school is a public, co-educational, and belongs to Mid-American Conference. This school is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
