UPS Store is less than a mile from the subdivision. Dining options here are China Inn, Cebella's Pizza, SUBWAY Restaurants and Tim Hortons. Across are Heritage Bakery, Cottage Inn Pizza and CVS.

2.5 miles north is Laurel Park Place which has over 70 fashion stores.
