Ann Arbor Trail Subdivision Location

Closest restaurants from the subdivision are less than a mile east. These are McDonald’s, Lucky Inn Chinese and Little Caesars Pizza. Dollar Tree, Verizon and Fantastic Fins are also located here,

Less than a mile west are several retail stores like Kmart, Hines Park Lincoln, Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth, and CVS Pharmacy. Restaurants in this area are Burger King, Grand Traverse Pie, Firehouse Subs and Leo’s Coney Island.

Another grocery 1 mile south is Eastern Market of Canton. It is a locally owned and operated full service meat market that provides fresh cut meats, lunch meats and a large selection of produce and groceries. They offer meat and seafood bundle packages and party trays, featuring Boar’s Head meat, cheese and subs. Shrimp, veggie and fruit trays, fresh sandwiches and catering is also available. 

Located 1.5 miles from the subdivision is the Newburgh Lake. This 105-acre reservoir, has been returned to the recreational resource it once was. During much of 1996 - 1998, Newburgh Lake underwent a major restoration process. Contaminated sediment and fish were removed from the lake, the lake was restocked with game fish, the lake depth was increased and habitat was created for the lake's fish and wildlife. Now all citizens can safely enjoy a variety of recreational uses in and around Newburgh Lake, including fishing, boat rental, picnic shelter and grills, picnic tables, playground, swimming and walking trails. 

Downtown Plymouth is 2.5 miles northwest. It has over 100 shops and 24 restaurants. Some of the restaurants are 336 Main, Barrio Cocina Y Tequileria, Box Bar & Grill, Burger Spot, Compari’s on the Park, Extreme Pizza, Fiamma Grille and a lot more. Some specialty shops at downtown Plymouth are Alpine Chocolat Haus, Avenue Market, Bed & Boutique, Blaze-Thru Comics, Bohemian Home, Creatopia Pottery, Dairy King, Elephant Ears and Home Sweet Home. There are also numerous gyms, salons and spas at downtown Plymouth. 

Plymouth Riverside Park is 2 miles west. Amenities are 2 ball diamonds, soccer field, playground, paved trails, picnic areas and restrooms. Arctic Pond Ice Arena is beside the park.

Apart from shopping centers and restaurants, Ann Arbor Trail Subdivision is also close to different amenities such as libraries and museums. The Plymouth Historical Museum is 3 miles west. It features 26,000 square feet of exhibits, a gift shop, and an archives and research library.
